Online Scanned Documents is an on-site service that converts specific or general company documents to a PDF or native file format for up-loading to a secure file storage website. Up-loaded QuickBooks file information is reviewed by Winvu and imported directly into the client company’s QuickBooks file. In terms of scheduling, generally this is a twice a month on-site services. Other scheduling arrangements are available if required. Currently Winvu is servicing the northern California counties of: Lake, Mendocino, Sonoma, Napa and Yolo.
