Remote PM is a small business service that provides administrative project management for general contractors and subcontractors. All construction projects fall in to two categories of daily operations, CRM, customer relationships management, the people talking to people side of operations, and document flow administration. Remote PM focuses, using QuickBooks subscription accounts, on progress billing invoicing, maintaining the original estimate, generating change-orders as they occur, paying project related bills approved by the company, collecting employee time via the internet and importing subsequent information for payroll generation and reports. All on-going project data is readily available for company management in terms of various detailed job-cost reports that define job trends.

Winvu Remote PM can be combined with full or limited outsourced business services described in What We Do - Out-Sourcing Business Services

Winvu Remote PM is best suited for QuickBooks Premier Contractor Edition because of its simultaneous user base (5) and third party remote access feature.

Winvu Remote PM client's who are not currently using QuickBooks for their accounting/bookkeeping can independently use services provided by Remote PM. Separate non-QuickBooks accounting methods do not affect Remote PM services.
