For general contractors items are based on CSI (Construction Specification Institute) unit methodology. NCB Remote PM provides client companies with a 1-16 Division/Item set - listing the general items within their respective CSI Divisions. Additional divisions or customization of Item types in their respective sub-divisions may be added but initially they are as follows.

For subcontractors, service items are billable services provided by the company. NCB Remote PM, at setup and based on the consultation review, will create an item list that best suits the needs of company.
