Upon QuickBooks subscription activation a client company’s customer invoice will be posted to the QuickBooks secure web-server. Online invoice posting to the QuickBooks secure web-server sends an automated email notifying the client company’s customer invoice is ready for secure online viewing. Follow-up emails are automated given the client company’s setup preferences. Client companies can choose to email their customer invoices to the QuickBooks secure web-server or elect to have QuickBooks mail the invoice via regular mail or Both.
