- Initial client company consultation – phone / email / in person

Software Rights & Access
- Rights & file access consultation with client company
- Administrator – setup user name and password
- Other Users - setup user names and passwords
- Assign Rights - to company file to other users
Chart of Accounts
- Chart of Accounts – add, edit, delete based on consultation
Company Font & Color
- Company font & color consultation – select font & color.
Transaction Templates
- Transaction templates consultation with client company
- Import client company logo file – if available (jpeg-png) file format
- Create estimate template
- Create invoice template
- Create change order template
- Create receipt template – if applicable
Banking
- Banking consultation
- Branch contact info – name, address, city, state, zip, phone #s, last 4 digits of account #'s
- Create bank account – business checking
- Create bank account – petty cash
- Credit cards – name, type, last 4 digits of account #s
Customer List
- Import client company customer list - (email preferred), overnight delivery, regular mail cd-rom
- Create customer list – 5 max for initial setup, additional customers entered via regular client company file maintenance
Vendor List
- Create Vendor List – 5 max for initial setup, additional customers entered via regular client company file maintenance
Class Lists
- Create class list
Memorized Reports
- Memorized reports consultation with client company – select report types, delivery date, administrator email address
